After you submit your order, MuleBuy purchases the item from the seller. This usually takes 1-3 days. During busy periods (sales, holidays), it can take up to 5 days.
Phase 2: Domestic Shipping (3-7 days)
The seller ships the item to MuleBuy's warehouse. This is domestic shipping within China and usually takes 3-7 days. Some sellers take longer, especially during sales events.
Phase 3: Warehouse QC (1-2 days)
Once the item arrives at the warehouse, MuleBuy takes photos and uploads them to your account. This takes 1-2 days. Review these carefully before approving.
Phase 4: International Shipping (7-30 days)
This is the longest variable. DHL and FedEx take 5-10 days, EMS takes 10-20 days, budget lines take 15-25 days, and Sea Mail takes 30-60 days.
